Bargaining 2026

In April of 2025, QUFA and Queen’s University agreed to renew the Collective Agreement for one year, with a June 30, 2026 expiry date. This Roll-Over agreement was ratified by the QUFA membership and the Queen’s University Board of Trustees (for more information see the 2025 Roll-Over Agreement link below). The QUFA Executive Committee has appointed a Bargaining Team and Chief Negotiator for the upcoming 2026 round of negotiations. Please check back here regularly for updates.

2025 Bargaining Mandate

  • The Bargaining Mandate was approved by the Executive Committee on February 6, by the Council of Representatives on February 28, and by the membership on March 17 with 92% approval (in a member-wide online vote).
