This report was endorsed by the QUFA Executive Committee on March 31, 2026 and by the Council of Representatives on April 7, 2026. It was then brought to the April 8, 2026 Special General Meeting, where the membership voted to table endorsement to a later date while members had more time to read through the document and consider it.
